In order to be considered as an authorized dealer of Automatic Devices Company's products, your company must meet the following criteria:
- Your company must not be an Architectural, Consulting or Specifying enterprise.
- You must not be an end user of our products.
- You must be offering our products for resale only.
- Must submit a written request to be considered for dealership. This request must be on company letterhead and must include:
- Company name, address including zip code, phone and fax numbers and email address if applicable.
- Shipping address if different than above.
- A brief description of what services your company provides.
- The name(s) of the principals of your company.
- A written statement that you will be using Automatic Devices Company's products for resale only.
- A tax ID number if available.
If you would like to be set up with an open (credit) account, you must submit 5 out of state credit references. You may use the following credit application form: Credit Application (note all first orders for new dealers are stricty check with order).
